Technology employing plasma body of corona to electric atomization of the antirust oil to spray is a new item of spraying steel plate. This technology combines the basic principle of the electricity of electrostatic charge with the method of controlling the liquid electrostatic charge atomizing together, and thus makes antirust oil steadily atomize and scribble on surface of belted steel evenly.The electrostatic oiler produced by Wuhan University of Science and Technology's seminar is regarded as the research object. Firstly, according to theory of electrostatics and gas discharge, combining the actual working conditions of oilers, carry on comprehensive and systematic analysis to corona discharge characteristic of the peak of the knife girder electrode, solve corona field intensity and voltage formula of asymmetrical electrode of sharp board, also analyze the oil liquor in high-voltage electrostatic field plasma electrically charged mechanism, and infer the electric quantity theoretical formula of atomization liquor of the electrically charged model and the proliferation electrically charged model under high-voltage electrostatic field. And accurately measure granularity of particle of the antirust oil after atomization in working condition of only knife girder electrode utilizing ATEST-212 spraying laser granularity instrument in oiler laboratory, indicate the changing law that granularity of particle of oil electric after atomization reduces with electrode voltage increasing by accurate experimental data, in addition, make experiments and measure during putting the insulator structure in the peak of electrode, data result shows that the structure after improving on the premise of reaching the same atomized result and applying oil quality can reduce electrode work voltage obviously.Secondly, combining with corona discharge characteristic of the knife girder, point out electric field analysis to reference function of improving the structure. Electric field analysis to the typical peak-board and composite material electrode shows the important status of finite element electric field analytic method in studying the knife girder spraying oil where the non-equilibrium plasma produces. Combining finite element method with electric field design of oilers, according to oilers'structural characteristic and actual working condition, model simplifying finite element electric field of the oil room by the Ansoft software, and give accurate numerical value to it. Explore the method to solve the electric field problem of oiler room by finite element software Ansoft, summarize its electric field and voltage distribution situation. By combining with phenomenon putting the insulator structure near the peak of electrode can reduce working voltage and increase atomization spraying quality, aim at difference of the knife girder's peak and the belted steel plane electric field intensity distribution, and propose improvement optimization structure in the knife girder electrode attaching additional conductor or insulator, explain the reason for different mediums improving maximum field intensity and effect on atomization spraying. Simulating result demonstrates that this structure can improve field intensity distribution of the oiler room, enhance maximum field intensity, reduce working voltage, and make very compatible conclusion with the preceding experimental data, further prove exact analyzing the electric field of oil room by Ansoft.
