In China the can be mined petroleum resources per person occupies are very needy and the safety of national petroleum supply have already faced the rigorous challenge. Simultaneously, kinds of farming and forestry waste can do harm to our environment if it was not handle with validly. So in China research on convert abandon biomass to bio-oil have important economic and social significance meaning.This paper studied the effect of multi-factors on biomass pyrolysis liquid yield rates (LYR) from theoretical and experimental aspects. Theoretically, calculational solution of pyrolysis dynamic parameters was optimized and confirmed, and then a single pellet pyrolysis integrative model was built in view of heat transfer, pyrolysis dynamic and fluid dynamics. Experimentally, white pine sawdust and peanut shell selected as typical farming and forestry waste were analysed on the fluid bed reactor with orthogonal experiment method to analyse effect of multi-factors on pyrolysis liquid yield rates (LYR), and then optimized pyrolysis craft. Finally, technical economic analysis on industrialization of biomass pyrolysis was done to seek its feasibility.Following conclusions were obtained in this paper:①calculated biomass pyrolytic dynamic parameters of pine, and confirmed it's first order reaction;②Constructed single pellet pyrolysis intergrative model with consideration of pyrolytic dynamics, heat transfer, fluid dynamics and so on. What is more, and the liquid yield rate calculated by the model can reach 65% and 70% ;③P yrolytic reaction of both peanut shell and white pine sawdust experiments indicated that, the most remarkable factor in pyrolytic reaction is pyrolytic temperature, next is the condensation medium, once more for material resident time, inferiorly for particle size of raw material;④The superior factor combination of peanut shell pyrolysis is the low reaction temperature, the finely ground particles particle size, the short material resident time and the low condensing temperature, and the superior factor combination of white pine sawdust is the medium reaction temperature, the finely ground particles particle size, the short material resident time and the low condensing temperature; liquid yield rate is 36%和25% ,which are lower than that of the intergrative model (65% and 70%);⑤The technical economic analysis indicated that, the anticipated production cost of bio-oil is about 1150 Yuan /t with suitable raw material collection radius (5-6km) and proper equipment scale (2t/h), so the anticipated selling price is 1200 Yuan /t, which was approximate to equivalent...
