China is the big country of energy produce and consume in the world. At present, the energy construction of our country is facing the rigorous situation although obtained the achievement that the whole world focuses attention. Generalizing that the reserves of average everybody can mine is low, the need increases quickly, the supply and storing keep the strain, the efficiency of use is low, the waste and the pollution is serious. For these, it is China's energy police that to step up the building of a resources-saving society, put equal importance on the development and conservation of resources while giving priority to conservation.Welding, arc welding specially, consumes electronic energy hugely. It has Important meaning that raising efficiency and saving energy of arc welding. Raising efficiency and saving energy include the both side: the first is raising efficiency, and then the exaltation rate of production, the second is economy energy, then economize the electric power and material depletions. raising efficiency and saving energy of arc welding can be carry on from the following several aspects: select raising efficiency and saving energy's welding equipments, select advanced welding craft and design the reasonable form of contact and groove, adopt low splash and high efficiently welding material.
