With the combination and development of the biochemistry engineering and the membrane technology, enzymatic membrane reactor has being developed a new kind of high efficiency reactor, and also being an important research direction in the field of enzymatic reactor. In the enzymatic membrane reactor, enzyme replaces chemical activator. Especially, using enzymatic catalyst instead of chemical catalyst, these processes are made into mild, lower contaminative ones. The kind of reactor is product facility or experimental installation which makes use of semipermeable membrane for separating product from enzyme, and it will combine the process of separation, purification and recycle. Furthermore, the reactor is capable of running continuously. However, there are some problems with existing enzymatic membrane reactor, such as lower control precision, not automated enough and so on. In this work, measure and control system is designed for enzymatic membrane reactor based on existing installation. As a result, it is achieved that the presetting, measuring and control together with recording of the parameters including temperature value, pH value and volume value.The main works of this thesis are summarized as follow:1. Having analyzed enzymatic membrane reactor and the development of control technique on the reactor, put forward the blue print of the design from the point of view of existing enzymatic membrane reactor, and fixed the measure & control scheme based on MCU PIC18F448 and RS485 bus.2. Having introduced the PID arithmetic and the FUZZY arithmetic, according to speciality of the system and arithmetic, having making a FUZZY-I arithmetic.3. Having established a network formed by upper control unit and nodes, and having accomplished hardware design, network buildup and PCB design included.4. Having programmed PIC18F448 and application software on upper control unit (PC).5. Having tested the system by experiment, generated curves from data collected, and having analyzed the dynamic and static capability of the system in time region.
