Study On Economic Appraisal Of The Revamp Of Capicity Expansion Project Of Cangzhou Dahua Co.,Ltd.

The central leadership of the CCP proposes the social development creed of establishing economical society , promoting recycling economy and achieving sustainable development. Enterprises need to further transform the mode of economic growth , rely on technological progress, and raise efficiency to achieve economic growth.With scientific-development approach as the core thread, this thesis first makes the requirements analysis of the alteration and capacity expansion project based on the status quo of Cangzhou Dahua Co., Ltd. as well as the current consumption of fertilizer in China. Then the thesis compares and analyses the pro and con of the two capacity increase plans and proposes the process and construction plan of the project. On the basis of the in-depth analysis of the project of alternation and capacity expansion, the present economic appraisal parameters of capacity expansion of fertilizer plant project are studied. This thesis also proposes to establish economic appraisal system for capacity expansion project on chemical engineering by adopting the theory and method of economic appraisal applicable in general construction projects and by analyzing the specific features of chemical engineering projects.Various appraisal methods are employed in this thesis. The financial appraisal index and national economic appraisal index that are fit for capacity expansion projects on chemical engineering are selected. The significance of the social appraisal is also explored. According to the principle of combining both qualitative and quantitative analysis, the thesis also takes the initiative to bring forward the social appraisal index. In the last section, in connection with the actual situation of the project of capacity expansion of the fertilizer plant of Cangzhou Dahua Co., Ltd., the thesis conducts complete analysis to the project by applying the economic appraisal system, and reaches the conclusion.
