The paper discussed the principles and process at the wet limestone-gypsum desulphurization system in coal-burning power plant, and combining with the real running of the system, to affects the desulphurization efficiency each kind of factor, such as: the haze SO2 density, the L/G, the PH value, the resident time, the absorption reaction process, the absorption responds the characteristic, the final product gypsum formation has carried on the theoretical analysis and the research. Through to the installment equipment, the system performance research, carries on the optimization in view of the different operating mode to the essential parameter, thus enables FGD to achieve the best running status, reduces the movement cost, causes it to be suitable for promoting the application.
