In this paper, in order to improve the property of GCr15 steel, laser cladding of Ni powder and Co powder were investigated. The laser cladding parameters in the conditions of multi-pass laser joined cladding were studied, the microstructure, hardness, of laser cladding specimens were studied by using SEM, TEM, EDS, XRD, micro-hardness tester and wear tester.The results showed that by parameters optimizing of laser cladding, the cladding layer without of pores and cracks can be obtained, and an excellent bonding between the cladding layer and the substrate was gotten with a strong metallurgical interface. The performance of anti-weariness is improved by 2 times. The microstructure of laser cladding layer was in good quality.
