In this paper,laser cladding of Co-base powder were investigated in order to improve the property of GCr15 steel. The experiments of multitrack laser-clad coating were made by deferent parameters. And the best parameters were found through optimizing it. The structure of cladding tissues were analyzed formed by deferent power and deferent scanning velocities. the microstructure,hardness,of laser cladding specimens were studied by using SEM,TEM,EDS,XRD,micro-hardness tester and wear tester.The results showed that the cladding layer without of pores and cracks can be obtained, and an excellent bonding between the cladding layer and the substrate was gotten with a strong metallurgical interface by parameters optimizing of. The anti-weariness property of laser cladding layer is improved 2 times, also its hardness is improved. The microstructure of laser cladding layer was in good quality with tight tissues.
