Developed from spray dry absorption ,flue gas desulphurization in magnetically fluidized bed is a new technology in desulphurization. With a steady magnetic field puting on outside,the paticle in reactor have equality suspending,so there are balanced opportunities geting in touch with with the flue gas for the desulphurer drops.In the same time, the smoke spirit also can flow through the bed layer of the same thickness, As a result,flue gas and spraying desulphurer drops reacte each other statuesquely. Magnetically fluidized bed(MFB) have a good capability of heat and mass transfer, It can insure flue gas have a equal time passing by, which is very important for Chemical reaction and Physics operation. Flue gas desulphurization in magnetically fluidized bed Inherit the merits of smaller equipments investment and reactant easy to control in spray desulphurization, with the acid of magnetic particles'catalytic effected by magnetic field,it improved the efficiency of desulphurization significantly. Consequently, having a very good applying foreground, the desulphurization in magnetically fluidized bed is a new technology in control of air pollution.In this paper, Theories analysis and mathematics model of flue gas desulphurization in magnetically fluidized bed were studied Completely and were verified by experiment, furthermore, Some problems which needing notice were also Introduced.In the aspects of theories,based on the two-film theory, mathematic models of FGD-MFB has been set up to analysis the heat ,mass transfer and chemical reaction dynamics.In the aspects of experiment , a FGD-MFB decice has been set up. The impact of parameters like the intensity of magnetic field, diameter of ferrous granule, gas temperature, initial gaseous SO2 concentration in the flue gas, and ratio of gas flow rate to slurry on SO2 absorption performance is experimented.In order to observe the microstructure of desulhpurers,the XRD,BET and SEM were used to analyze the comopents of the desulphrization products. It is found that the CaSO4 in effect of the magnetic field are more than thatwithout magnetic field. Uder the effect of magnetic field, the microstructure change of the desulphurer and the reactant, all this supports the Positive effect of magnetic field on FGD.
