Going with the constant development of economic globalization and integration of world's economy, the competition of the talents in medicine field is becoming more and more violent. And this kind of competition focuses on that for top talents in strategic international medicine business. Under such a macroscopic background, the strategic human resource management has already become the main source for enterprise to obtain the core competitiveness, which is becoming the key point for enterprises' existence. By means of empirical analysis, this paper introduced the Enterprise Human Resource Management Index Analysis Model, to study the current management condition of Yunnan BY Group Company human resource. It put forward the concrete and strategic method that should be brought into effect by enterprises in strategic human resource's area, and profoundly exposed the significance and urgency in this area which is arising from the enterprises in western China. This article is composed by six chapters. In the first chapter, a simple introduction to the related theories on the human resource management and strategic human resource management and the latest achievements in domestic and international research of that area were made. In the second chapter, it generally described the enterprise background such as developing history, the organization, the company culture and the development strategy and so on in Yunnan BY Group Company. In the third chapter, the paper did a full-dimensional study on the exterior and interior environment of the enterprise by using the strategic analytical method, then analyzed the effect on the enterprise human resource management due to individual main macroscopic and various internal factors. In the fourth chapter, the paper built up the Enterprise Human Resource Management Index Analysis Model, designed investigating questionnaire for the enterprise human resource management present condition, studied the present conditions of Yunnan BY Group Company human resource. In the fifth chapter, the paper proposed the countermeasures that's used to set up the strategic human resource management system. Finally, the paper came into the conclusion. Today, violent change takes place in enterprises' domestic and foreign environment. To establish and implement strategic human resource management is becoming the only way for enterprises to obtain the core competitiveness in this turbulent world.
