In order to better meet the challenges brought by the deteriorating economic environment and market competition,Panda Fireworks(Liuyang Branch)began to implement strategic transformation in 2011,but in 2013 there were a total of 41 employees who left the company,the employee turnover rate was about 37%.The loss of talents caused great losses to the company.In this study,it took Panda Fireworks(Liuyang Branch)as a research object to explore factors affecting the employees'voluntary turnover decision-making in the context of strategic transformation.The author hoped that the research conclusions could provide inspiration for the company to extricate itself from current loss of talents as soon as possible.Through review of the theoretical model of leaving decision-making,human resource management theory,stakeholder theory,it built the theoretical basis of this study.This research was through questionnaires and semi-structured interviews to gather first-hand information and data,from performance appraisal,compensation management,employee training and corporate culture to understand the current situation of human resource management of the company in strategic transition period.It combined with relevant literatures and theories to discuss the research results,analyzing the problems existing in human resource management strategies of the company during the strategic transformation.The author was based on the results of investigation and analysis,from four aspects:recruitment,employing system,retaining system and employee relationship management system to bring forward recommendations on implementation and solutions of the problems of the company's human resource management strategy in future,from building a correct human resource management concept,improving leadership and establishing a learning organization,cost management,process management to propose safeguards.Conclusions of this study have some reference value for Panda Fireworks and other enterprises in strategic transformation in dealing with the problem of the loss of employees.In addition,the sample size and research dimensions of this study may not be large enough,the results needs to be verified in a certain period of time.
