Research On Enterprise Human Resource Management Strateg

The purpose of this research aims to conduct in-depth and systematic research on human resource management of the daily-used porcelain enterprises in Jingdezhen,Jiangxi Province,in particular,the leading enterprise of the daily-use porcelain –Jingdezhen Ceramics Co.,Ltd.,The research takes the construction of the human resources management system of Ceramics Co.,Ltd.as an example to try to proposed some reasonable methods of building and practicing modern human resource management from three factors: environment,culture and strategy.By applied with SWOT matrix analysis,it analyzes the current situation of human resource management system of Jingdezhen Ceramics Co.,Ltd.,from the internal resources to the external environment development.It makes a comprehensive analysis of the opportunities and threats brought by the enterprise in the whole industry.The research combines with the theories and methods of strategic human resource management to propose a systematic approach to the strategic transformation of human resources management that can adapt to market competition and enterprise development for Jingdezhen Ceramics Co.,Ltd.It has proposed corresponding strategies for the various phenomena and the problems during the application of he human resource management method.First of all,a basic overview on related theories will be reviewed,including the relevant theoretical concepts of human resources,the characteristics and connotation of human resource management.Then,on the basis of introducing the human resources composition and management of Jingdezhen Ceramics Co.,Ltd.at present,the external environment of human resources of Jingdezhen Co.,Ltd.is analyzed by PEST analysis method;then,the advantages and disadvantages of human resources of Jingdezhen Co.,Ltd.are evaluated by EFE evaluation matrix;and then,the IFE evaluation matrix is used to evaluate Jingdezhen Co.,Ltd.At last,the SWOT analysis method is used to summarize the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats in the process of human resources management of Jingdezhen Co.,Ltd.Then,combined with the goals and existing problems of Jingdezhen Ceramics Co.,Ltd.in human resources management,the best strategy will be selected among the strategic combination matrix listed in the SWOT analysis results.In the last part,in order to achieve the most effective implementation effect of the above strategy,several safeguard measures and specific implementation methods suitable for Jingdezhen Ceramics Co.,Ltd.are put forward.
