The Research On Auto-driller System Of Oil-drilling With Invariable Drilling Pressure

The auto-driller is a kind of new control system according to the technology of oil-drilling.The working violence of worker during operating driller can be reduced,the velocity of oil-drilling can be improved and the cost of oil-drilling can also be reduced if we use the auto-driller system to drill oil. But the quality of drilling and the degree of safety are different if we use the different controller and brake. So,it is a effective way to improve the controlling performance by the means of selecting the better controlling scheme and suitable brake.At present, there are two kind of auto-driller system : one is the disc brake auto-driller system, the skid strength from the disc brake can maintain the press of the drill, thus, the drilling can operated at approximately a constant press; the other is the worm wheel and whorl-pole organization ,variable-frequency technology is used to implement auto-drilling. The former one is hard to controlled because of the meantime of many disc sheet and the latter is limited because of new appliance is needed. So, the expand of these methods are restrict.A new eaton brake auto-driller sending system is presented in my paper, eaton brake is used to substituent disc brake , PLC is programmed to maintain the drilling pressure. Eaton brake is a kind of gas-controlled and water- cooled brake system, the press from the vat of the brake can be controlled by the circuit of pressure-valve proportionally. Furthermore, this system can supply press supervise and whole pressure, this not only make the press of the drilling maintain invariable, but also can jochey rapidly in emergence, ensure the safety.Firstly, The disc brake auto-driller system is analysed and shortcomings are proposed in my paper, the necessity of microprocessor in state of the PID controller is bring forward; Then the principle block diagram and the composition of software and hardware of eaton brake auto-driller are designed. In addition, when the vehicle exceed the safe sector, the system can make the vehicle reduced speed and stop flexibly, this can prevent many accidents effectively.To verify the above-mentioned method of hardware and software, the drilling pressure is tested when the system is running. And the result of test shows that the hardware and software and the eaton brake auto-driller system are practical and efficacious.
