During the strap hot rolling process, the temperature affects the product size precision and the rolling mill load rational distribution , moreover the rolled strap temperature has the extremely important influence to the metal microscopic organization's change as well as the rolling product performance, therefore must carry on the control and the optimization to the temperature in rolling process and it can enhances the final product the quality. The paper simulated and resolved the temperature grade change of the multi-pass hot strip rolling between the intermediate rolling train and the finishing train in Wu Han Iron and Steel Group .It use large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS to simulate the complex temperature field.The mathematical models of transient state temperature are established and considering the changing material property with temperature. It takes into account three hot delivery conditions. and carried on the value computation and the analysis to the temperature field distribution change.The results are preferably in accordance with the measure values, the quantitative values of the heat preservation effect by heat preservation covers and the temperature grads change on the strip section in the course of hot delivery have important reference value in reducing the heat loss and improving the temperature in the course of hot delivery.This article simulation result has provided the theory basis and the advisory opinion to optimize design ,and had certain reference value to the actual production.
