Abstract/Summary:
With rapid development and intense competition in mould and die industry, Information technology, for example, networked collaborative manufacturing based on concurrent engineering is acting as a very important role. However, it is very hard to achieve standardization for some fields of the industry, because some main modules need to be modified frequently or to be rebuilt when implementing the kind of system. Undoubtedly, flexibility is a key to a successful system.Flexibility for networked collaborative manufacturing was researched detailedly on this paper. A description language was built for quick quotation model, and its interpreter was developed to execute its codes. Based on Visual studio.net platform, compiling technology was applied to the interpreter, which not only has basic functions of common computer languages, but also make quick quotation model flexible.On the other hand, an excel report interpreter was also built, which can define report head and body respectively according to the relative grammar and translate system data into any excel report of the system by means of xml technology.System optimization was discussed in this paper, using Routine database technology, combining actual condition in E-proms implementation and adjusting the key system parameters to improve the system performance obviously.Finally, some expectations about the trend of correlative research were described in the paper.
