The precision CNC rotary table is a complete accessory for all kinds of CNC machine tools,and is used as the fourth axis of various machining centers and CNC boring and milling machines.In recent years,modern machine tools have been continuously updated and developed.High-end CNC machine tools require precision,high-precision,high-performance CNC turntables as functional components.The accuracy of CNC turntables directly affects the performance level of CNC machine tools.However,the development of China's functional components is far behind the development of the machine tool industry,which restricts the advancement of the national industry.This is closely related to the backwardness of the manufacturing level of domestic machine tool accessories and the lack of innovation capability.The worm gear drive is the core transmission part of the precision CNC rotary table.Due to the unique transmission form of the worm gear drive,the working tooth surface wear is serious,the non-working tooth surface clearance grows faster,affecting the accuracy and stability of the worm gear transmission,and then the accuracy of the CNC rotary table is maintained.Sexually adverse effects.Therefore,if you want to improve the precision retention of the CNC turntable,you should pay attention to the research on the wear resistance improvement technology of the worm gear pair.This paper is based on the "high-end CNC machine tools and basic manufacturing equipment" national science and technology major sub-project "machine tool manufacturing process reliability assurance technology research and application".Taking the TK13135E2 CNC rotary table worm gear pair as the research object,the wear resistance improvement technology was studied.Through the improvement and optimization of the influencing factors of the worm gear pair wear resistance,the NC brick worm gear pair was finally realized through the test verification.Increased wear resistance.The main work is as follows:Taking the TK13135E2 CNC rotary table worm gear pair as the research object,firstly introduce the structure and main parameters of the CNC rotary table;analyze the cause of the failure of the CNC rotary table worm gear and the influence on the CNC rotary table;then analyze the theoretical analysis of the worm gear transmission action wear,The wear depth calculation model is obtained,which indicates the direction of the wear resistance improvement of the worm gear pair.The instantaneous lubrication angle and the induced curvature calculation model are established by the worm geartransmission meshing principle,and the structural parameters are optimized.Firstly,the scheme of improving the wear resistance of the worm gear pair is determined.The friction and wear test is used to verify the improvement of the wear resistance of the worm gear and the lubricating oil.The structural parameters of the worm gear of the CNC rotary table are improved by using MATLAB and the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm.Optimize to get the final optimization result.According to the measures of the wear resistance improvement technology of the worm gear of the CNC rotary table,the modified worm gear and the CNC rotary table with the improved lubricating oil are taken as the research object,and the design of the CNC turret worm gear wear test bench is designed.Test plan,structural design of test bench and establishment of test specifications.
