Traditional method of machining sheet hole is drilling method which cuts off the metal in the hole,which makes hole depth equal to sheet thickness.However,the installation location can't provide reliable support sometimes.Nuts should be welded or upholstered should be added in hole to solve this problem,which wastes of material resource and make process cumbersome.To solve this problem,metal needing to be cut away is used to obtain a whole deep hole in this paper.The process is bit rotation friction and heat-bulging-pulling through-earning hole.The getting metal which is sheet hole part of green machining has a reasonable streamline distribution and good mechanical properties.With the development of computer finite element software,using finite element software to analyze becomes an important research tool.And this application is more widely applied to the field of mechanical processing.On the basis of summarizing previous studies,this paper finite element analyzes the thermal behavior of sheet deep hole green machining,main works are as follows:Finite element analysis of rotary friction and heat and hole forming is done systematically with finite element dynamic analysis software LS-DYNA.The conclusion of three-dimensional finite analysis fitting this machining better is obtained by analyzing the simulation results of two-dimensional and three-dimensional analysis;friction and thermal analysis is done for two different shapes bits,sheet strength-thermal changes of different speeds and bits are analyzed and law of temperature increase is got;mathematical model formula of rotary friction temperature rise is derived from the classic formula of friction heat,the law of the temperature rise getting by CAE can be verified with mathematical formula;the average stress of various parts of sheet is obtained by observing,and the yield limit of various parts of sheet can be got by observing with the fourth strength theory related to yield strength change and CAE average stress cloud;because the diameter drill is bit small,the calculation of the size of the friction torque with friction resistance analysis results earning through the CAE can avoid a bit broken effectively.The stress analysis of sheet processed with two bit is done.Reasonable ball drill is selected to do finite element analysis of hole forming by comparing;after the force distribution change during hole deformation process being obtained,the reason of relational friction and pressure change is got,which provides a large number of experimental basis for processing.
