The Study Of Polysulfone Waterborne Coatings

In 21 Century, people pay more attention to environmental protection. The coatings with volatilization-organic compounds(VOC) are greatly restricted. Waterborne coatings have low environmental pollution, low fire hidden trouble etc excellence. Polysulfone(PES) resin have heat-resistance and corruption-resistance etc outstanding performance. But literature about PES coatings are not easy to find. So we try to prepare PES waterborne coatings.We choose solvent-volatilization method to prepare PES emulsion and investigate magnified experiment to fit the need of industrial production.We use stable PES emulsion to prepare PES waterborne coatings. Through many choices, we find the appropriate thickening agent and choose PTFE emulsion to blend with PES emulsion to complement the performance. We also choose appropriate dye and other auxiliary agent to prepare PES waterborne coatings successfully in the end.
