The production of sintering ore was one of important process of ferrous metallurgy, and the better or worse of sintering batch effect would directly influence to chemical composition of sintering ore and stability, and influence to cost of sintering ore and the whole process of blast furnace refining. Currently, because of fast developing of national steel industry, the contradictory of lack of iron ore resource became more and more outstanding. Steady sintering raw material was used in steel corporation became more and more difficult, and source of sintering ore became more and more complicated. And then the quality of iron ore was different so production cost was different. Thus, it is important for us to ensure blast furnace normal running, to reasonablly distribute sintering ore, to obtain optimal match of agglomerate, to make production costs minimum and quality of sintering ore meet blast furnace production requirement.There are all kinds of sintering resource in YiCheng Steel Company. Metallurgy performance of sintering ore has very large changed, so the refining process of blast furnace was instablity and appeared high coke ratio, low production and high cost etc. This paper mainly depended on cape sintering, minus mesh of spheric agglomeration, ferro preparation concentrate powder from Dai provence,flux and return sinter as material of sintering test, through test of sintering ore optimize match was implemented for YiCheng Steel Compay,it was analysised character of different material and metallurgy physical property of different batch formula sintering ore, testing reducibility, soften, low temputure reduction chalked ratio and analysised mineragraphy of sintering ore. Under this condition,it was associated with linear programming technique to find out adaptive and optimal batch ore scheme of sintering production at YiCheng Steel Company.It was based on sintering test associated with computer technology and compiled Excel computer programe to realized immediate calculation of sintering ore batch. Make sintering test more stability, fast and precision. By used Origin software to analysis change rule of reduction rate and basicity. And then by used microscopic tool to anaylsis sintering ore microscopic structure of YiCheng Steel Company, such as optical microscope, X-ray energy spectrum analysis etc. According to LP linear programming method with productive practice and test of sintering, It was established object function and constraint condition.And used Matlab program design language to compile coherent calculated program to calculation. By analysied to experimental result of sintering test and LP liner programming method, it was found out optimal value of batching of YiCheng Steel Company sintering ore and realized optimal batching. Through this research, it was discovered inner variation regularity between composition of sintering ore and different quality index, and realized optimization batch of sintering ore for YiCheng Steel Company, and provided reasonable and effective resolution for material optimization of blast furnace of Yi Cheng Steel Company.
