As one of most quickly increasing waste, E-waste has obvious dualism because it can be reused as potential resource but also jeopardize environment if not handled properly. E-waste logistics is defined as material flow and activities which to collect, sort, process, pack, transit, store E-waste and transport them to handling center or waste disposal sites. Implementation of E-waste logistics will reduce environmental pollution, save natural resource and is helpful to sustainable development of electric and electronic industry, international trade and acceleration of cyclic economy development. With implementation of European Union's WEEE Directive and ROHS Directive, increasingly recognition of pollution prevention and reuse of E-waste in China, it is worthy of studying and applying E-waste logistics. Whereas that, E-waste logistics and its status of development, implementation model, reclaim network structure and design were studied in the dissertation, including 23 figures, 9 tables, 49 literatures. The conclusion was summarized as follows:The characteristic of E-waste is analyzed and E-waste is classified it in term of origin field and material can be reused. The concept of E-waste logistics is expounded and its characteristics, function and procession are analyzed. The significance of implementing E-waste logistics is primary discussed, too. After studying the status of E-waste logistics in china and overseas, successful experience in overseas and existing problems in China are summarized, and corresponding countermeasures to develop China's E-waste logistics are put forward.Three implementation modes of E-waste logistics and their characteristics are studied. It is pointed out that it's need sufficient consideration to existing resource and practical condition, then combining with enterprise developing strategy and risk of outsourcing, through analyzing factors of economy, management and technology to make a choice. Thus, the general decision-making process to help electric and electronic enterprise choosing implementation mode of E-waste logistics is constructed in flow chart and three-dimensional sketch map.The structure of E-waste reclaim network is summarized as four basic forms:...
