Manufacturing resource sharing is a technology that realizes the packaging,management and sharing of distributed resources in different places by using networks and computers in a standard environment.Aiming at the problems of long production cycle,few resources,low equipment utilization rate,lack of communication and cooperation among enterprises in different regions,and lack of accumulation and inheritance of manufacturing experience and knowledge,the cloud manufacturing mode is introduced,and an intelligent manufacturing cloud platform system for mold processing is established.Cloud manufacturing can integrate the idle manufacturing resources uploaded by the resource provider,turn the resources into a service and provide it to the demand users,so as to realize the wider sharing of manufacturing resources.Based on the cloud platform,all franchised enterprises have more diversified ways to obtain mold orders,richer production and manufacturing methods,and more convenient access to industry information,which is conducive to the matching of supply and demand between enterprises and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the development status of die and mould industry,and puts forward the necessity for enterprises to develop in the direction of intelligence.In order to realize the sharing of mold manufacturing resources among enterprises,cloud manufacturing mode is introduced,and its advantages and feasibility in mold processing are analyzed in detail.(2)This paper defines the mold manufacturing process under the cloud resource sharing mode,and gives the mold manufacturing process classification.According to the diversity and heterogeneity of mold manufacturing resources,mold processing tasks are classified from the two dimensions of project life cycle and product structure.The temporal relationship,logical relationship and dependency relationship between tasks are studied,and the enterprise order project model is established on this basis.Using UML(Unified Modeling Language),the mold processing task is formally described,and the functional information and constraint relationship between tasks are explained.(3)There are three forms of matching between project task and mold manufacturing resource service: 1)the task is completed by the enterprise alone;2)Matching tasks with manufacturing resources;3)The task matches the manufacturing service.A service retrieval algorithm for gold,silver and copper manufacturing resources is proposed,and the candidate service set of outsourcing tasks is obtained by using the algorithm.Combined with the subjective and objective comprehensive methods of analytic hierarchy process,expert evaluation method and entropy weight coefficient method,the optimal index weight coefficient is calculated,and the result is taken as the optimal service.(4)The intelligent manufacturing platform system for mold processing is developed,and the requirements,overall architecture and development tools of the platform system are described.The user role module,login and registration module,service entry and release module,demand release and matching module,background management system module and other main function modules are displayed and applied with guidance.The main operation process of the platform system is displayed through the outsourcing example of mold programming,which preliminarily verifies the operation mode of Online transaction and offline service of the platform system and achieves good practical application effect.
