The City Environment Management Pattern Study On The Analysis Of Ecological Carrying Capacity

With the fast development of the global economy and the society, the quality of the ecological environment has been becoming the main rod which weights the resources and the environment, the ecosystem and the ecological equilibrium which must be considered on the human economy and the social development. And the environment management is the main method of maintaining the environment quality. At present, the research on this field has become more and more, and the scope and the research domain have been expanding unceasingly year by year. Under this profound time background and launching the angle of view from the macroscopic angle and the foundation of the foreign correlation research and taking the environment management pattern as the objective point, this article discusses how to realize the sustainable development of the economy and the society of Shenyang on the foundation of the ecology supporting capacity of Shenyang and through the effective environment.Through the research on the resources carrying capacity of Shenyang,the ecological carrying capacity and the ability of the sustainable development, we discovered that: The water resources and the energy supplies of Shenyang would not able to satisfy the demand of the fast development of the economic and the society. Although the index of the ecology supporting capacity of Shenyang (from -0.145 in 1995 to 0.175 in 2004) was increasing obviously, the ecology supporting capacity of Shenyang was still very low on theory. By the computation on ecological footprint, the ecology supporting capacity was only 0.7 hm2 per person in 2002 which was only 35 percent of the world average level. In 2002, the ecological deficit of Shenyang reached as high as 1.21hm2, and the guarantee rate of the ecology trail was 36.89 percent. Which indicated the ecology supporting capacity of Shenyang could not satisfy the demand of the ecology trail of Shenyang.
