Study On The Eco-Environment Benefit Evaluation Of The Eco-Homestead Construction In China

In recent years, with the appearance of its comprehensive benefits, the rural eco-homestead construction project has entered a new stage with the help and support of each aspect of the society. Therefore, in the current rural eco-homestead construction, in order to strengthen this project management and the eco-environment protection, it is increasingly essential to carry out exploratory research about the eco-environment benefit evaluation of this project.In the practice course of this project in recent years, its benefit evaluation research remains little, which has led to a serious problem concerning with the theories and techniques in the current rural environment protection. This article focuses on the research into the formation of the evaluation index system and the founding of the evaluation model with the instruction of eco-economy and environment protection, and on the basis of the sustainable development theory and the evaluation analysis. It has concluded as follows:1. This article tries to probe the evaluation method and has put forward a set of the evaluation index system and the evaluation model to share with concerned companions.2. This evaluation system has the qualitative analysis, the statistical and dynamic analysis with the comprehension and representative as well. It systematically reflects the regional eco-environment protection situation in our country.3. The eco-environment benefit is of accumulation, potential and policy. When put into practice, this project produces different eco-environment benefit in different periods, but it remains stable in certain area and certain period. Only if we combine the native conditions with the advice given by experts to definite the optimum evolution standard (x_ij^top) and average evolution standard (x_ij^ave), the evolution result is sure to objectively reflect the present situation and differences in the regional environment protection.4. The case study shows that the evaluation method and model mentioned in this article are both scientific and easy to operate, thus it is a set of scientifically quantitative and comprehensive evaluation method, which is practical in evaluating the present situation of this project development and the regional environment protection.5. This article is a preliminary effort in evaluating the eco-environment benefit of the rural eco-homestead construction project in China. So the choice of evaluation index, the determination of index weight and the foundation of evaluation model are not so well perfect, and the period of evaluation is not discussed yet. All of the above-mentioned remain to be researched in future.
