Since 1990s, Eco-industrial Parks (EIPs) were practiced in the world, especially in advanced countries on eco-industrial for sustainable development The eco-industry model "resource-product-regenerated resource-regenerated product" can contribute to the maximal reduction of resource consumption and waste generation during the overall process from production to consumption for sustainable development.EIP is a new-type industry organization from which designed and constructed on Eco-industrial Science and cycling economy theory .With the exchange of all kinds of flows, including materials, emery and information and so on. EIP froms a mutually beneficial network, which achieve the sustainable development of industry and double win between economical and ecological benefits. In China the third EIPs have been becoming to set up following Economic & Technological Development Zone, and High-tech Development Zone.In this thesis, the first section described the conception and signification, the theory and practical experiment are introduced simply. The second section, based on comprehensive indexes, including eco-economic development, and eco-environment support, and cycling economic character, and eco-management, the EIP environmental performance management evaluation model was elaborated. Then the third section the case on the evaluation model in BinJiang Technological Eco-industrial Park in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province was calculated and discussed. The thesis has putted forward the new EIP environmental performance management model, in order to achieve in the environment management of BinJiang Technological EIP, including policy and regulation construction, cycling economy development, and information management.
