Now most of the paper feeding machines in China with die-cutting machines have a cardboard structure,increase the overall length of the body at the same time,also increase the cost of processing and manufacturing enterprises and affect the normal work of the machine factors.In addition,the separation head of the paper conveying machine with the traditional die-cutting machine is mainly driven by the CAM mechanism,which brings the impact vibration problem so that many enterprises have to explore a new structure instead.Yutian Morita Printing and packaging Machinery Co.,LTD has successfully developed and trial-produced a new type of paper conveying machine which has no paperboard structure and is different from the traditional separation head.However,the paper feeding mechanism of the paper feeding machine with die-cutting machine is mainly designed by engineers' experience and simple theoretical calculation,lacking the necessary theoretical analysis and technical support.The normal working speed of the machine is only 4000 pieces /h,which has a big gap with the 6,000-10,000 pieces /h in the domestic middle and high-end market.There is still a lot of room for speed improvement.When the working speed increases for the die-cutting machine supporting the paper feeding system will cause vibration or impact,these problems because of the lack of research and verification on the theoretical level,so it is required for the current structure of the theoretical analysis and experiment to verify,so as to guide the subsequent improvement of research.The details are as follows:In order to minimize the impact between the paper and the paper teeth,ADAMS software was used to carry out kinematic analysis of the paper feeding mechanism,namely multi-body kinematic simulation analysis,to obtain the movement rules of key components,which provided theoretical basis and guidance for production practice.In order to does not change the existing and die-cutting machine paper guide under the premise of maximum speed,structure,improve the whole paper guide work with die cutting machine running stability,ANSYS software is used to with the paper guide the key structure of the die cutting machine in finite element analysis,including the statics,dynamics,impact,modal vibration fatigue analysis and so on,studies have shown that paper guide work with die cutting machine running stability reliability satisfies therequirement of practical production and operating mode.In order to verify whether the simulation analysis model conforms to the objective facts and reach the expected assumption and test the vibration of the improved machine,we went to the factory to do the vibration test of the equipment.The test results conform to the relevant industry standards,and the simulation analysis model in this paper is verified.The vibration impact of the improved paper feeder in all directions is very small,and the accuracy of paper feeding also meets the requirements of customers.
