Firstly, I analyze the fatalness of the LNG, show the situation of the LNG transporting and storing in our country, and find out some dangerous factors of accidents of LNG in the process of transporting and storing in this paper. Secondly, the failure trees of accidents of LNG in the process of transportation and storing are drew applying the method of failure mode.Referring to the character of LNG and some methods that computing the consequence of accidents of dangerous chemicals, I analyze the influence of explosion of LNG and compute the dangerous area of explosion in the paper.In contrast with assessment method of industry hazard materials road transportation and storing of foreign countries, these two methods are chosen: fuzzy comprehensive evaluation combined with analytical hierarchy process (FAHP) and fuzzy integral. These two methods are applied to the risk evaluation of the LNG station of Yuyao city. The practice showed that the method have good reliability and practicability.First of all, in the process of quantitative risk analysis, use AHP to give weight for different assessment indicators and different factors which compose the element, then the potential coefficient of the each factor are obtained through expert evaluating method, as a result, the coefficient of the whole system of transportation by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is obtained; have a risk assessment to the LNG storage station with fuzzy integration. After gaining the weight of different indicators and the membership degree through right membership function, the result of the storage system by fuzzy integral evaluation method is obtained.In the finality, the problems requiring further studies are discussed.
