Study On Risk Evaluation Of Crude Oil Processing Station's Tank Farm Based On Fuzzy Pattern Recognition

Tank farm of large crude oil processing station is in charge of sending and receiving crude oil,which is a typical major hazard installation in oil field.Once an accident breaks out,significant property damage and casualties will be caused.Therefore,study on risk evaluation method of oil processing plant's tank farm is of great practical significance for discovering the hidden vulnerabilities of oil processing plant's tank farm and putting forward reasonable response measures.In view of the need of risk assessment of crude oil processing station's tank farm in an oil field in Xinjiang Uygur autonomyous region,the main research work are as follows:(1)The hazards and risk factors for the crude oil processing plant were identified based on consulting experts,on-site and document research.The essential events of tank farm fire and explosion accident were analyzed by Fault Tree Analysis(FTA)and the accident influence area was computed by Pool fire method.(2)The risk evaluation indexes of crude oil processing's tank farm were confirmed and a risk assessment index system was established based on risk identification and feasible index quantitative methods were designed by considering each index's characteristics.(3)A model of weight analysis based on Analytic Network Process(ANP)for crude oil processing's tank farm was proposed based on analyzing the interaction of indexes of risk evaluation index system and the weight vectors of a crude oil processing station's tank farm in Xinjiang was calculated.(4)A fuzzy recognition model of crude oil processing's tank farm was proposed and the standard fuzzy pattern reconising modes of crude oil processing's tank farm were classified based on the quantitative methods.Combining with the results of weights analysis and field data,the risk level of a crude oil processing station's tank farm in Xinjiang was identified.Through this study,a set of risk assessment methods for crude oil processing station's tank farm is established,which provides technical support for the scientific safety management of crude oil processing station.
