The Research On Safety Training

Production safety is related to the life and health, social stability and harmony, it is the fundamental interests of the broad masses of people. It is also an important guarantee for the stable development of the national economy. However, in recent years, China's safety situation is grim, and the number of accidents and high number of casualties. The unsafe behavior is the most important reason leading to the accident. According to the theoretical analysis and specific accident statistics, the staff lack of safety knowledge, lack of safety awareness is the major reason. Almost accidents are caused by the same reason, bad habits of safety behavior. Safety training can enhance the safety knowledge, change safety attitudes, improve safety skills, and also safety training can be effective in changing habits to achieve the desired safety behavior. Thereby, safety could enhance production safety situation and fundamentally prevent accidents from happening. Based on the characteristics of adult learning theory and safety training, this essay investigated the staff's safety awareness and safety training status of the Maintenance of the Beijing Locomotive, analyzed the factors affected the safety of the staff behavior, proposed the appropriate measures in the facets of training systems, training organizations and individuals. Provide a safety training needs analysis model and safety training system for the reference and help.
