Construction Enterprise Safety In Production Present Situation And Related Countermeasure Research

This paper analyses the safety production status and conditions in construction enterprise after consulting many relative papers and books and conducting practical investigations. That nonstandard is still found in construction business market and safety accidents are occurred incessantly in construction operation strict badly the healthy and fast development of construction enterprise. In order to increase effectively the central competitive power, the enterprise are exploring stage by stage the change of existing safety production and welcoming the new challenges and opportunities.This paper aims to explore and establish the safety production mode according to the features of construction enterprise. Firstly, based on the analysis of the existing safety production specialties in the construction, the existing safety production hidden troubles are found; secondly, the safety production weaknesses and roots are found based on the analysis of the safety production accidents in recent years; thirdly, the establishment of safety production mode in the corporations is orientated with reason after combing the above data and analyzing the safety production's primary content. The followings are put forward in this paper: a) the establishment of the safety production management PDCA circle mode so that the safety production in the corporations is strengthened by a dynamic,systematic and durative management manner. b) the reinforcement of the safety production culture, especially in labor team and combing the safety production management with the safety production cult6ure to exert the effective action; c) the increase and insurance of the devotion and use of safety production capital to make sure a natural work of the construction enterprise safety system; d) the establishment of the PDCA circle flow mode in the safety production propaganda,education and training so as to boost the safety idea,knowledge and skill for the practitioners; e) the constitution of the emergency succor plan for safety production in construction enterprise and development of drilling so as to advance the skill for the safety production emergency succor; d) the constitution of the measures for the serious dangerous' identification and control and the management and the renovation for the safety production accident hidden troubles so as to make out and eliminate the hidden troubles in safety production; f) building of real-time network video supervising system in site so as to discover timely and actualy the hidden troubles in safety production and defend effectively the occurrence of safety production.The achievement of this paper is that it provides the operation modes and measures for the safety production consulted by construction enterprise. The paper has the guiding significance for the construction enterprise corporation's safety production and has the active promotion for the safety production competition's form and integration abilities improvement.
