Recirculating cooling water system has been widely applied in the industrial field. To ensure the normal operation of the recirculating cooling water system, it is required to treat the cooling water. High-frequency electromagnetic water treatment is a common physical water treating way. The original High-frequency electromagnetic water treatment's output is fixed, so that it is hard for it to adapt to the different environment. This paper aims to design a new type of treating equipment, and research its control algorithm.This paper describes the working principle of high-frequency electromagnetic treatment and the various factors to impact the treating effect, and through analysis, identifying a number of key factors. On this basis, we designed a new of equipment which can measure the main parameters and adjust output. It also describes the mechanical and electrical structure of this new equipment in detail.The control algorithm presented in this paper is according to the characteristics of each parameter and uses the adaptive fuzzy control algorithm to adjust the output frequency so as to make the equipment's output track water resonance frequency effectively. The fuzzy control parameters selection is based on the existing data and the Matlab simulation.At the last of the paper, through the compare of the fixed output equipment treating effect, we verified the control algorithm proposed in the paper. The experiments show: the new equipment maintain the original functions, such as anti-scale, derusting and disinfecting. It also has a marked increase in performance, especially the main function of anti-scale. The device is better than the original fixed output one on the environment of stronger adaptability.
