In industrial production, enterprises generally use hard water as a cooling material for the circulating cooling system..With the constant concentration ofcirculating water, calcium and magnesium ions are easy to scale in the pipeline and heat exchange equipment. Scale not only affects the efficiency of the heat transfer equipment, but also easy to corrode the pipe wall,and it brings great economic losses to enterprises.In this paper, the electrolytic scale removal water treatment system is designed to reduce the hardness of water quality and prevent the scaling of the circulating water system by electrolytic scale removal technology. Electrolytic scale removal is a kind of active descaling technology, the low voltage frequency conversion signal is applied to the electrode which is put into the water to form a frequency conversion electrolytic field. After electrolytic treatment of water quality, the solubility and permeability of water are strengthened, and the calcium and magnesium ions are stabilized in aqueous solution, under the action of the electric field force, the calcium and magnesium ions accumulate in the cathode region, they are combined with carbonate ions to form carbonate precipitates attached to the cathode mesh.The research contents of this subject are as follows.1. This paper introduces the current situation of the domestic and international development of the electrolytic descaling method, analyzes the working mechanism of the system, and puts forward the overall design scheme of the system. The system is composed of a host computer, a main control circuit and an electrolytic scale absorbing basket.2 . The design of the hardware circuit of the system is introduced, and the hardware circuit includes a frequency conversion signal generating circuit, a power driving circuit,a current and voltage detecting circuit, a display circuit, a CAN bus communication and a controllable power supply circuit. The STM32F103RBT6 is chosen as the microcontroller chip to generate the frequency conversion pulse signal with frequency of 20Hz to 30kHz, Controllable power supply circuit voltage output range from 0 to 48V, the current of the working electrode is kept at about 6A by detecting the working voltage of the working electrode.3. The design of the system software is introduced, including the design of the main program of the system, the design of the inverter signal generation, the softwaredesign of the data acquisition unit and the software design of the system communication module, and the design of the host computer system. The host computer system is written by VC, through the CAN bus communication, the system can be used for remote control, the initial parameters of the system can be set up, and the working state of the system can be known in real time.4. The electrolytic scale removal water treatment system was debugged and experimented, The data of hardness, conductivity, PH and scale of water quality were recorded. The experimental data show that the system can effectively reduce the water quality and conductivity of circulating water, stabilize the PH value of water quality. It can effectively prevent the circulating cooling system scaling.
