| Among all the CAD/CAM technologies, Numerical Control (NC) Machining gives the most direct and obvious benefits. With the complexity of parts-manufacture upgrading and the techniques of NC machining developing, the NC machining programming becomes more and more complicated, so the validity for it becomes urgent. The development of NC machining simulation technology, makes the user not only estimate the validity of NC code, but also checkout the interference of workpiece., which have good practicability.The thesis includes both the design of machine tool's total structure project and the research of NC machining simulation technology. The contents are as follows:(1)Base on the analysis of tool and the workpiece , we set up the motion function project of NC machine tool ,then according to the principle of distribution of motion, the form of structure distribution and so on, we design the basic structure of four-Axis NC milling machining ,come true the removal of X,Y,Z direction and the turn of B-axis. Then, we have the simulation of the milling machining. First, we set up the model of designed milling machining in the environment of solidedge. Then, insert to the ADAMS,by using the parameter function of ADAMS/View, we set up the restriction to the model and bring the force. Next, by weaving the simulation programmer of ADAMS, we have the space motion simulation to the milling machining; make sure that in the premise of satisfying the needed journey, there are not collisions between the parts.(2)Design the framework of B-Axis by the harmonic drive and turbine and worm drive.and compare the performance of the two kinds of structure.(3)In allusion to the milling machining, we make the model in the environment of AutoCAD, use the ObjectARX technology as the exploit tool, by virtue of the environment of VC++6.0, we have the second exploitation of AutoCAD, weave the programmer about the enactment of journey, the build of milling tool storeroom, the build of workpiece, the reading ofG code and the judgment of interference and so on. Come true the NC machining simulation by the drive of NC code. And the check-up of the interference with the processed surface in the course of process. At last, we have the checkout by the example. |
