The main movement of printing machine is rotator movement. The problem of imbalance result from special technique structure and asymmetry of mass distribution of printing machine. The dynamic imbalance has influenced the dynamic performance of printing machine, printing pressure and printing quality. So, it is very important to study dynamic balance for printing machine, and we must find some methods to decrease the bad effect in order to keep it good state and improve the working reliability of machine.Cylinder as a basic assembly unit of printing machine, because of its vibration became the primary source, in printing process, as a result of asymmetry of geometry and mass distribution of printing cylinder, it can bring inertia force that result in dynamic imbalance of cylinder. This vibration can accelerate the abrasion of bearing and cylinder, destroy the machine parts and reduce the life-span of printing machine. The stationary of cylinder has directly influenced the performance of printing machine, so far, with the improvement of printing machine velocity, studying the static balance on cylinder has not meet needs of production, and therefore, it is inevitable to study dynamic balance of cylinder.This dissertation is based on the theory of dynamic balance and modeling, and investigated the blanket cylinder of PZ1650 printing machine,by adding the balancing pole to cylinder. Firstly, it has established the vibration modeling of blanket cylinder of printing machine, and find two computing methods on dynamic balance of cylinder .Secondly, it has established three dimensions solid model of blanket cylinder of printing machine under the environment of Pro/Engineer that based on property modeling;then lead the model into the ANSYS that based on the analysis of limited element and meshed the model in order to get limited element model; adopted Block Lanczos characteristic value method to solve mode and mode shape ,Finally, analyzed the dynamic balance and imbalance of blanket cylinder,in order to draw some conclusion such as the vibration property,flexibility and inertia force whether have more improvement than imbalance cylinder or meet requirements of balance accuracy;this method isimportant and has practical meaning to improve printing machine and enhance the printing quality.
