The situation of lacking water and water pollution has become a key factor of sustainable development in XI'An area. Water reuse is an efficient measure to solve the problem, which can not only elevate the availability of water resource, cut down the cost of water-using, reduce sewage quantity, improve the condition of water pollution, but also have important meaning to promote the positive cycle of water resources and the regional sustainable development problem of social economic environment. Binding to the practice of Xi'An Textile area, system design and optimization of water reuse is researched from market demand in this area.Through analyzing the research status and dynamic development of reusewater at home and abroad, and combining market demand analysis as well as water-using structure analysis in Xi'An Textile area define the direction of reusewater in this area. Static evaluating indicator and SPSS is used to analyze unit investment cost and unit water-produce cost of different scale of reusewater projects in order to define the economical treatment scale of the reusewater system in Textile area under the circumus of the composition of the system is analyzed.Reasonable water quality criteria in Textile area is confirmed throuth combining criterion of wastewater reuse in home and abroad with practical situation of the zone,and the most appropriate process flow is defined by comparing the three designed programme.The idea of optimal design of distribution network of the system is learned from water optimal design of supply networks, and the year expenditure converting service as the object function of the optimum design and improved Genetic Algorithm.is applied to establish the model of optimal design and solve the model. A classical example is applied to certificate the improved GA in this paper is much better than others.GATOOLS of MATLAB is applied to solve the optimal design, and compared with traditional programmed by handwriting, its efficiency much higher and much more convenient, and it offers a new method and idea for reusewater system.
