The Flow Of Knowledge Study On The Industrial Innovation Of Medical And Pharmaceutical Products In China

With the period of knowledge economy coming,the industrial innovation is just the key headspring to advance the competitive power of industry which becomes the core in the competitive power of one country.In the twenty-one century,the knowledge is the necessary factor and resource for keeping the competitive predominance of industry.In the process of industrial innovation,the flow of knowledge that accelerates the combination of all innovative factors essentially is the key point.It's size and efficiency directly affect the structure and function of the industrial innovation.Therefore,on the base of the theory of industrial innovation, and by analyzing the reality of knowledge's flowage of medical and pharmaceutical products in China,it is concluded that the flow of knowledge becomes more and more important in the industrial innovation of medical and pharmaceutical products in China,especially the flow of technology.But at the same time,many problems are existed,such as the lack of cooperation between the participants,many factors of limiting the flow of technology,talent and information.So in order to improve the efficiency of knowledge's flowage ,some countermeasures are put forward.For example,the cooperation between corporations and universities must to be strengthened,the obstacles of knowledge's flowage should be broken,the favorable circumstance should also be created and so on.
