The Internal Mechanism Of Manufacturing Enterprise Knowledge Network For Innovation Performance:Double Mediating Role Of Knowledge Sharing And Knowledge Creation

In the era of network economy,enterprise innovation has changed from single innovation to collaborative innovation.At present,manufacturing enterprises have"low-end locking" phenomenon of "two low(low price,low added value)and one medium(mid-end manufacturing)".Therefore,in this context,the collaborative innovation network formed by the cooperation of enterprises and different innovation entities is the source of enterprise innovation.To this end,this study takes the manufacturing enterprises of the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta as the research object.From the perspective of knowledge network,this paper explores the internal mechanism of the knowledge network's subject relationship dimension and content feature dimension to the manufacturing enterprise's innovation ability.Empirical research explores the impact of enterprise knowledge networks on innovation performance improvement under the background of collaborative innovation.In order to reveal the mechanism of internal action,this study proposes and tests the mediating effect of knowledge behavior on the relationship between knowledge network and enterprise innovation performance improvement from knowledge creation and knowledge sharing.Finally,taking manufacturing enterprises as the subject of knowledge network and knowledge behavior,the theoretical logic of "knowledge network(network heterogeneity and network reciprocity)-knowledge behavior(knowledge creation and knowledge sharing)-innovation performance" was constructed.Therefore,based on literature research and enterprise research,the following two research contents are carried out in this paper:Fist,this paper expounds the evolution mechanism and action mechanism of knowledge network and innovation performance improvement through case study.In this study,the leading enterprises in the window protective glass industry were selected to carry out a longitudinal exploratory case study spanning more than 20 years,and the initial proposition and model were put forward.Second,Comprehensive case study model,combining the above two sub-studies,based on the knowledge network,knowledge base view,innovation and other theories,build a "knowledge network(network heterogeneity and network reciprocity)-knowledge behavior(knowledge creation and knowledge sharing)The theoretical logic of "innovative performance" and a large sample of empirical tests on it,the study found that:(1)The network heterogeneity of knowledge networks and network reciprocity have a positive impact on corporate innovation performance.(2)Network heterogeneity and network reciprocity have positive effects on knowledge creation and knowledge sharing.(3)The network heterogeneity and network reciprocity of knowledge network act on innovation ability through knowledge behavior.
