Baking is the important steps that the aluminum electrolysis industry produces the baking anode. Baking procession directly decides the quantity of baking anode, thus afecting the depletion of the pole,electricity efficiency and energy consumption in electrolysis. Therefore,how to improve the baking technology in order to improve the quantity of anode has become a very important research issue. The inevitable approach to carry out this purpose is to press on with more systematic researching of the fundamental theory of the anode baking furnace.That also is an urgent requirement of development and design of anode baking furnaces controller which has the independent intelligent property right of our country.This thesis is based on the expanded project in LanZhou Aluminium Ltd.This project was completed by both setaram of France and LanZhou University of technology.After finished,they have higher equipment level,shorter period of operation and control,higher production quality,lower energy consumption,higher output,and strengthen enterprise competition.Firstly, this thesis depicts baking theory of anode baking furnace in detail, introduces the work principle and structure constitute, and summarizes the production craft of anode baking furnace. It also summarizes the domestic and international anode baking technique development condition at present, and analyzes the realistic meaning of the anode baking furnace controller,the thesis proposes a synthetic research method to further the anode baking furnace controller technology in China.All these become research direction of the thesis, and develop relevant study work.Temperature is one of the main objects of industry control. In industry process, we often need to control the temperature. Excellent control over temperature can not only enhance the quality of products, but also reduce energy consume and enhance efficiency.Temperature is the most important control parameter in anode baking furnace control system,which has a great reality meaning and theory value.The temperature in this system possesses the characteristics of nonlinear,time-variable,time -delay and so on.PID control method is used in temperature control the most comprehensively. It is very simple and has good stability as well as dependability, so it is often used in those linear constant system. But it cann't bring us perfect control effect when it is used in nonlinear systems, one of which is hysteresis system, such as temperature controlsystem.To control arithmetic,the writer analyzes the advantage and disadvantage in temperature control of industry process control system in both home and abroad. By studying and researching the basic theory and method of the PID control, according to the working performance and the temperature characteristics of the anode baking furnace, a kind of intelligent PID controller is devised.The intelligent controller that have been described in this article combines the proportional controller, fuzzy controller and PID controller, which adjust the system quickly by proportional control system and make the system have the agility and adjustability characteristics owing to the fuzzy control system and run stably resulting from the PID control system.The insufficiency of original PID control method is effectively improved by this way. In conclusion, the controller will bring the good characteristics of lu-bang, stability, hi-speedy, acuity, and improves the anti-jamming ability and tracking capacity of the control system.It is proved to be a useful research method in the design and process optimization of the baking furnace of aluminum industry.At the same time, it will promote the development of intelligent control technology and its extensive application in industrial process control.
