AOD refining furnace ferroalloys important equipment, its condition and service life of a direct impact on the production safety and economic benefits. Lining erosion and maintains a direct impact on the furnace, and the lining is baked in an oven into a temperature-compensated before use, to prevent the lining by thermal shock. Aiming at the inherent characteristics of the refractory lining of calcium magnesium used, dramatic changes in temperature during baking, can easily lead to loss of the refractory lining,thereby enabling to reduce lining life. With the improvement of technology and the requirements of the traditional control methods can not meet. Therefore, further study AOD furnace baking process and production requirements, optimizing baking control technology, improve production efficiency is important. Regenerative Baking utilizes high temperature air combustion technology for AOD furnace baking, heat slowly realize lining,low energy consumption and low pollution emission requirements.AOD lining life is affected by many factors, this paper studies AOD device structure,characteristics of refractory materials and baking system, analyzes the influence factors on the lining erosion. Combined with AOD lining baking process requirements and the characteristics of high temperature air combustion technology for temperature control when lining AOD large overshoot and poor stability, determine the fuzzy self-tuning PID control of the control scheme lining baking temperature, while for gas air control and prone to the phenomenon of oxygen peroxide or less, based on the establishment of a PI control double cross limiting ratio control system. Through SIMULINK simulation experiments, this method has higher control effects than traditional control. Finally,Siemens S7-400 PLC and WinCC configuration software, designed lining baking monitoring system, the AOD furnace production line monitoring to ensure production safety, improve the degree of production automation.
