The molding mechanism of vegetable paper: There are a mass of fibrin and hemicellulose and lignin etc in the vegetable. Once vegetable was beated into paste, one part fibrin was enwraped by the hemicellulose and the lignin, and the other part fibrin was exposed in the form of filament broom. Therefore, in the course of vegetable paper molding, it is possibly make use of the function of unite of the amylose substance in the vegetable, or make use of the function of hydrogen bond intertexture of the fibrin big molecules what were dealed with filament broom, thereby composing the structure of fibrin reticulation and becoming vegetable paper.In this article, the broad source of Chinese cabbage is used as basic material. And through studying the effect of different factors in the sealed quality of Chinese cabbage paper we can explore its fitting sealed method and ascertain its fitting sealed conditions.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:1) Through analyzing the effect of the additive quantity of starch in the properties of Chinese cabbage paper, we know that the fitting additive quantity of starch is 2%~5% in the course of making Chinese cabbage paper.2) Through studying the effects of the additive quantity of carboxymethyl cellulose and alginate sodium and glutin, and analyzing the properties of Chinese cabbage paper, we can ascertain their optimum additive quantity is: carboxymethyl cellulose is 0.3%~0.9%, alginate sodium is 0.3%~0.9%, and glutin is 0.6%~1.2%. Through doing orthogonal experiment, we can know that the fitting additive quantity ratio of carboxymethyl cellulose and alginate sodium and glutin are 1:1:2 in the compound sticky additive from analyzing the experimentation results.3) Through analyzing the single factor experimentations of glycerol and sorbitol, we can ascertain their optimum additive quantity both are 2%~6%. Making the contrast analysis of glycerol and sorbitol single factor experimentations, we can utilize their mutual effect and make them into compound plastic additive. We can ascertain the optimum additive quantity ratio of glycerol and sorbitol is 1:1 from analyzing the equality experimentation results.4) On the basis of the affect of beating in the properties of Chinese cabbage paper, we can get that the optimum beating condition is beating in the beating machine 2 minutes, and then beating kibble twice in the colloid milling. On the basis of dryness temperature single factor experimentation and analyzing its affect in the properties of Chinese cabbage paper, we can know that the optimum dryness temperature is 55~65℃in the course of making Chinese cabbage paper.5) Doing the orthogonal experiment of the factors of affect properties of Chinese cabbage paper, we can know that the optimum technical conditions are: the additive quantity of water is120%, the fitting additive quantity of starch is 3%, the fitting additive quantity of compound sticky additive is 1.5%, the fitting additive quantity of compound plastic additive is 4%, the optimum dryness temperature is 65℃in the course of making Chinese cabbage paper, and we can get better machine properties Chinese cabbage paper.6) Through utilizing the best manufacture technics and making Chinese cabbage paper, and testing the properties of Chinese cabbage paper, we can know that the thickness of Chinese cabbage paper is 0.29mm, ration is 138.73g/m2, TS is 4.76MPa, E is 25.8%, endure fold limit is 135 times, the properties of absorption moisture is 8.61g/m2·d, fast dissolve ratio in the hot water is 75.68%, fibrin content is 23.4%.7) On the basis of analyzing the SS of hot sealed and agglutinate sealed methods, and their compound sealed method, we can know that the compound sealed method of hot seal and agglutinate seal is the best sealed method in the envelop with Chinese cabbage paper, and we can get the better SS. On the basis of analyzing the important affect factors'results of single factor experimentations with the compound sealed method of hot seal and agglutinate seal in the course of sealing Chinese cabbage paper, we can ascertain that the best sealed conditions are: the thickness of Chinese cabbage paper is 0.27~0.33mm, the sealed temperature of capper is 140~180℃, sealed time is 6~10s, and we can obtain the better SS in the course of envelop with Chinese cabbage paper wrapper.8) When we use the SS as experimentation guideline and analyze the affect factors in the sealed effect of Chinese cabbage paper through orthogonal experiment, we can know that the best sealed conditions are: the thickness of Chinese cabbage paper is 0.30mm, the sealed temperature of capper is 180℃, sealed time is 8s, and we can obtain the better SS in the course of envelop with Chinese cabbage paper wrapper.The new ideas of this paper are as following:1) Analyzing the affect factor of plasm denseness in the properties of Chinese cabbage paper, and ascertain the optimum the additive quantity of water in the plasm.2) Studying fitting ratio of compound sticky additive and compound plastic additive, and ascertain their optimum additive quantity in the course of manufacturing Chinese cabbage paper.3) Exploring the fitting sealed method in the course of sealing Chinese cabbage paper and when it is as the edible wrapper.This paper content mostly includes studying in the technics and packaging properties of Chinese cabbage paper. The aim is at manufacturing the better properties and fitting package food Chinese cabbage paper edible wrapper, and offering credible parameter on the large scale of manufacturing Chinese cabbage paper. |
