Fufanghuangqijiangzhi tablet is a modern Chinese medicine preparation which consist of Astragalus membranaceus,evening primrose oil, Alisma orientalis and Chinese hawthorn leave extractive. The main effect of this medicine is curing and preventing hyerlipemia.According to medicine register and administer methods. On the basis of character and pharmacologic action of this herb we determined product technology. This study provided the very important information for the new medicine application.Use Astragalus mongholicus saponin as index, we adopt orthogonal design method to optimize Astragalus mongholicus and Alisma L. orientale Juzep extract technology. The optimum mixture extraction process is as follows: 80% alcohol extracting twice, adding 10times, 8times amount of alcohol into Chinese medical material, and extracting for 90 min, 60min. After extraction with alcohol we select polycose as index to optimize the extraction technology. The result as follows: water extracting twice, adding 8times, 6times amount of water into Chinese medical material, and extracting for 60mins each. We select alcohol extracting and stagnation method and absorbing clarification method to refine. After refinement active component retaining rate is more the 70%. Extracta sicca rate decreased significant. Using drying spray method to dry physic liquor and optimize technology parameters. After drying the active component without significant change.Formulational excipients were analyzed by the index such as appearance, rigidity, disintegration, and friability of the tablets. We adopt orthogonal design and merged with combination score method to optimize the formulation. The result followed as: sugar powder as diluent with amount of 50 gram, dry starch and L-HPC as disintegrant with amount of 30 gram and 50 gram, 5%MC used as adhesives with amount of 42ml and magnesium stearate with amount of 0.5%.On the basis of the best formulation technology, We adopt orthogonal design and merged with combination score methods to optimize fast speed stirring granulate technology. The best technology of preparation followed as: The best preparation technique were cutting paddle on speediness level, impeller on slowness level and churning time 4 minutes, wetting agent 42ml.With determine the parameters of flowability and hydroscopicity of dry granulas, we find the naked tablets qualified. We use orthogonal design method to optimize film coating formulation which followed as: acrylic resin IV 1.5%, HPMC 3%,glycerol 1%.We adopt TLC discrimine Astragalus mongholicus and Chinese hawthorn extractive and Alisma orientalis in quality criteria research. We used HPLC methods to determine hyperin content. The recovery rate was 98.83% and RSD was 0.87%.
