This study provided the very important information for the new medicine application.Use Astragalus mongholicus saponin as index, we adopt orthogonal design method to optimize Astragalus mongholicus and Alisma L. orientale Juzep extract technology. The optimum mixture extraction process is as follows: 80% alcohol extracting twice, adding 10times, 8times amount of alcohol into Chinese medical material, and extracting for 90 min, 60min. After extraction with alcohol we select polycose as index to optimize the extraction technology. The result as follows: water extracting twice, adding 8times, 6times amount of water into Chinese medical material, and extracting for 60mins each. We select alcohol extracting and stagnation method and absorbing clarification method to refine. After refinement active component retaining rate is more the 70%. Extracta sicca rate decreased significant. Using drying spray method to dry physic liquor and optimize technology parameters. After drying the active component without significant change.Formulational excipients were analyzed by the index such as appearance, rigidity, disintegration, and friability of the tablets.
