Potassium ferrate is an efficient multipurpose water treatment agent with the novel properties of oxidation, adsorption, flocculation, coagulation, disinfection, and deodorization. Compared with current oxidants (as KMnO4) and antisepsis, potassium ferrate not only effects excels them but also does not make dangerous to human or pollution to environment. So potassium ferrate has biggish exploitation value.The progress of people use to compound potassium ferrate is bad to stability of products and lead high manufacture cost. So potassium ferrate is not produced by industrialization. The article studies on hypochlorite oxidize Fe3+ and find key synthesis problems. And give idea to put preparation hypochlorite and oxidation potassium ferrate into one reactor and make two oxidation reactions progress at one time. The progress can use reaction liquid in circle and reclaim outgrowth. The progress put assistant stabilization to delay store time of products. The progress can be use into industrialization scale produce.
