Study On The Processing Technology And The Quality Control Of Chinese Medical Disinfectant Spray Emulsion

Air is external environment on human existence, aerial. quality has related directly to human health, so it is urgent to develop actively disinfectant which shows indoor air disinfection effect and harmless to human. The subject will aim to the principle and research Chinese medical spray emulsion for air disinfection by scientific and rational methods.There are three parts altogether: reference review, experimental research, results and discussion.In reference review, there are summary in research advance of TCM disinfectant and in basic knowledge of spray and emulsion. At same time, there are systemic elaborate on TCM chemical constituents and TCM pharmacological effect in prescription.This test is divided into five parts altogether and describes in detail to the whole experimental research, including study on extraction and purification of liquid, study on the forming technology of emulsion, study on quality specification standards for emulsion etc. In the experiment of liquid extraction, the best extraction process is chosen by orthogonal test method. In the experiment of liquid purification, the best purification process is chosen by single factor method. The two experiments grade synthetically with yield of extract and the content of chlorogenic acid as the detective markers. The varieties and amounts of emulsifier are chosen in the forming technology of emulsion and process is designed by orthogonal test method. Emulsification condition is chosen by centrifugal separating ratio as the detective markers.The best preparation technology of Chinese medical spray emulsion is decided finally. In the researches of quality standard, Flos Lonicera, Fructus Forsythiae, Radix Stemonae, Ramulus cinnamomi were identified by TLC; Chlorogenic acid was determined by HPLC, The average recovery rate was 97.69%, and the content of chlorogenic acid was more than 0.4338 mg/ml; By preliminary stability test, proves that the process of emulsion is reasonable and feasible, that the quality of emulsion keeps basically stable, the quality standard was controllable.
