Automated sample weaving machine has become more and more popular for fabric design and experiment, air-operated automated sample weaving machine is widespread in the market, but the sample fabric it weaved is so different from the fabric weaved by the weaving machine used in quantity production in the handle of fabric, and the sample technics can not guide quantity production technics. It's made by the difference of structure between them. So DHU-ZY-101 automated sample weaving machine is designed against that. In fact it's similar with the weaving machine used in quantity production in principle, just smaller and simpler.This paper sum several handles of fabric relating to the motion of weaving machine up firstly, then compare the motion of DHU-ZY-101 with the air-operated, and compare the influence of their motion to fabric each other, point out that the difference of the handle of fabric they weaved is resulted by different shedding mechanism and different beating-up mechanism, for that shedding mechanism and beating-up mechanism count for much influence to the tension of warp. Conclude the influence of weaving set factors to the handle of fabric, and the essence differentiation between DHU-ZY-101 and the air-operated lies in that DHU-ZY-101 have the function of regulating timing of shedding motion. Analyzed the disadvantage of air-operated beating-up mechanism in weaving, clarified the concept of "inertia beating-up" and "non-inertial beating-up". Then design the outline of couple cam of the beating-up mechanism based on the request of beating-up technics. As for the fullness and the anti-drape stiffness of fabric, the tension motion of warp influences more and greatly in weaving. Adopt back rest which can swing and electronic let-off and take-up system to control low frequency motion and the high frequency motion of the warp tension respectively. Choosing the twin back rest as the back rest of DHU-ZY-101 based on the stability of back rest system, adaptability for different kinds of fabric and its influence to the handle of fabric. Design and adjust the structure and parameter of the digital PID module for electronic let-off and take-up system, Make the low frequency motion of the tension get a valid control in weaving.Song Liang(Mechanical Electronic Engineering)Supervised by Yang Chong-chang...
