Research Of Measure Slime Water Concentration According To Compute Picture Processing

In this paper, the traditional technique in measuring slime water density is broke through. The new computer picture processing technology is explored to measure the slime water density. This method uses without contact survey, based on the different optics-reveberation character of water and solid. And slime water is token photos by the CCD high speed camera photography and the photos are analyzed to measure the slime water density.The slime water density processing software used in this experiment is established, which mainly contains the modules: the picture deposit and withdrawal, the picture pretreatment, picture processing (withdrawing picture characteristic), slime water density computation module and so on. The slime water density is expressed on the pictures through the pixel. And the calculation of the slime water density is transformed two values pictures area and the picture total area ratio. Because the slime water situation is quite complex, the software's reliability and precision should be inspected, and then it can be used. Two groups experiment are made to examine the solid particle and the ash content separately compared with the influence obtained by the picture law in the slime water. The result is that the change of solid particle and ash content has littler influence on the slime water gotten by the picture method, when the picture software is used to examine the slime water lower density. Finally , when the slime water takes form the scene ,It is text the reliability and the precision of the softwareFrom the experiment it can be that the software still has a better reliability and the precision. At last, The slime water density which took from the tail coal concentrated overflow slime water in Wang Fang Gang coal preparation Plant is extremely to approach on which the test to obtain the coal spate computation density and the traditional method obtains.The picture determination slime water density adopted in this experiment which has repeatability, the high precision, the suitable width, the flexibility and so on, is different with the traditional measuring technique. This technique will improve the scene real-time measurement.
