Study On Coordinative Development Between Environment And Economy Of Mountainous Counties

The regional sustainable development research should focuses on the history of the interaction between economy and environment, it can indicate both the status, the potential and the future economic growth of regional development. The special economy structure and geographical location caused the problems. Then they have more desire to develop its economy. An Yuan is a mountainous county in the south of jiang xi province. An yuan is in the river resource basin of Dongjiang river. The change of environment in this region can make big influence on water safety and regional social and economy development in the lower basin of Zhujiang lower basin and Hong Kong. So the study of harmony relationship process between regional economy and regional environment in Anyuan has big means.This study based on the theory of the harmony relationship process between regional economy and regional environment. The paper studied resource and environment economy, sustainable development and ecological economy. Through theory analysis and experts consultation, made the index to estimate the harmony relationship process between regional economy and regional environment. Using environment and economy harmony develop model to simulation the statue of the harmony relationship process between regional economy and regional environment in An yuan county. The simulation results showed that the statue of harmony relationship process between regional economy and regional environment in An yuan from 1995 is at a low standard. Then come to a middle standard, These years the economy and environment has a tendency of disharmony.After deep analysis of the problems in the environment and regional economy, we have drawing some conclusions on the basis of regional reality of An yuan . make plan for ecological economical function divisions.The suggest is plan for ecological industry system, using the nature resources reasonably, reinforcing the management of losing soil and water and building ecological compensatished.
