The motor car engine crank is one of automobile power unit core components, because of its bad working condition; the main expiration form is the attrition and the endurance failure. The rolling process for strengthen the crankshaft is the best way to strengthen the surface of crankshaft at present time. By this way, the fatigue life-span of crankshaft would increase obviously, furthermore, the good quality of surface can be accepted after the rolling process. The rolling champers can meet to the require of the surface quality and does not need to be ground finely, thus, this process is propitious to enhance the productivity and reduce the final cost . Therefore the crank fillet rolling the craft, the equipment and its correlation technology research has become the current development automobile industry is one of specially passenger vehicle industry essential technologies. This article has done the following research on rolling process for strengthen car's crankshaft and the design of its equipment:(1) Base on the revelation of crank fillet trundle mechanism, this article has established the equivalent column mechanics model of the crank fillet trundle strengthens, and inferred the limit trundle load formula of crank and the design parameter of trundle cutting tool, the trundle cutting tool disposition situation as well as the material performance parameter. Provided the reasonable determination which is basis for the crank fillet trundle craft parameter, this is helpful in improving and avoiding the limitation and blindness which the purely experimenting chooses law had.(2) After using the mechanism knowledge to analyze the truck crank fillet trundle mechanism earnestly, this article sets the design request of passenger vehicle crank trundle rolling organization; Through decomposes the complex movement into the simple movements, after design each simple organization which can realize the movements, it can use the organization combination principle to obtain two sets of suited the passenger vehicle crank the fillet trundle organization. Having selected a more reasonable plan after compare and analysis both of the plans, and introduced the work process of the chosen organization.(3 )The movement analysis of the trundle organization which designs carries on: In the application of mechanism vector method and the pole group analytic method, analyzed this organization in to roll in front of the crank separately time the swinging organization and the trundle simplification organization, thus obtained the movement formula of each component the parameter; Provides the powerful theory basis for later organization optimized design.In addition, in this article it also carries on the discussion and the forecast to the size synthesis of the designed organization, the movement simulation as well as the expert alignment system which is need in this kind of machine. Because the passenger vehicle crank has the very big demand in our country, so independently design the manufacture independently the highly effective trundle equipment will be able to bring the very high economic value; After doing this article's research, it can propose certain rationale for designing and manufacturing this trundle equipment.
