The motor car engine crank is one of the core components in automobile power unit, because of its bad working condition, the main expiration form is the attrition and the endurance failure. The rolling process for strengthen the crankshaft is the best way to strengthen the surface of crankshaft at present time. By this way, the fatigue life-span of crankshaft would increase obviously, furthermore, the good quality of surface can be accepted after the rolling process. The rolling champers can meet to the require of the surface quality and does not need to be ground finely, thus, this process is propitious to enhance the productivity and reduce the final cost. Therefore the crank fillet rolling the craft, the equipment and its correlation technology research has become one of essential technologies in developing the automobile industry. This article has done the following research on rolling process for strengthen car's crankshaft and the research of the expert alignment system.(1) Base on the revelation of crank fillet trundle mechanism, this article has established the equivalent column mechanics model of the crank fillet trundle strengthens, and inferred the limit trundle load formula of crank and the design parameter of trundle cutting tool, the trundle cutting tool disposition situation as well as the material performance parameter. Provided the reasonable determination which is basis for the crank fillet trundle craft parameter, this is helpful in improving and avoiding the limitation and blindness which the purely experimenting chooses law had.(2) By the fact that the knowledge flicking engineering plasticity has analysed the crank shaft round angle roll extrusion deformation condition queen , the; Process simplifies entire roll extrusion additionally, the knowledge building out rational finite element method analysis model , wielding ball plasticity deformation knowledge in finite element method and contacting kind analysis assumes all-round analysis resolving to that model.(3) Analyse ultimate analysis result, overall axial deformation and bend deformation analysing out a crank shaft provide the certain theory data as well as part straightens system in every displacement deformation in marking roll extrusion process with a circle, for follow-up crank shaft roll extrusion. Since the crank shaft has very badly need , can be designed and made by oneself in our country, high-effect roll extrusion equipment and straightening equipment may bring about very high economic value; The research studying the queen after the main body of a book , being able to be that entire roll extrusion handicraft optimization provides the certain rationale , joins for expert straightening systematically provides the certain theory data.
