Research For Prototype Constituting And Application Of Women's Pant Based On Draping Theory

The design of Garment structure is extension and development of pattern design, and is also the base and preparation of technics design. It plays an important role in the garment industrial production, what's more the design of the garment structure is one of the important contents. The success or failure of structural design decides comfort and fit of slopwork. It also affects the social and economic value. Compared with the dress, the structure design of trousers has not yet formed a relatively mature complete theoretical system as a branch of garment structure design. The aims of this paper is to research trousers construction combining with human body, to provide new and scientific method for a further research on trousers structure ;to provide ideas and theory for building the theory of trousers structure.The main contents of this research are as follows : 1. From the standard size of women, study three-dimensional modeling techniques corresponding pants prototype through the combination of discussions and studies, We built the box prototype of pants through the establishment of three-dimensional cutting.2. We summered the law of pants prototype applying. In the course of the study, basing on past experience and to experiment, through qualitative and quantitative analysis, We put forward a new point, which is the pants type should be divided by the knee circumference, established prototype theory for the legal basis for the study plans.3. Applied Prototype theory to make pattern for the structural design, and made the sample and try it on the model to get the data. Then we get the data through using a mathematical method for analysis .the Analysis of the results prove the prototype plan is reasonable, and proved the value of the practical.4. Find the relationship of the crotch size and important cord size, and the established the coordination of the crotch and crotch wide, front crotch depth, After crotch stroke volume and peeled off after a dip slash regression relationship. Which reduced the required elements of the master controlling, Established the prototype scientific pants theory and supplied the bases for the scientific analysis and study .5. Do the test of the pattern making .and give comment of the garment sample of static and dynamic. Proved the extensive application value of the pant prototype.In this paper, in order to promote economic development for the garment industry researched garment pattern applied technology. Its significance lies in: First, the current pattern of trousers in industrial production mainly based ratio mapping methods. According to a lot of formula, the value of experience. However the method of using prototype can not only help us have a better body in the process of drawing the pattern and creativity but also helps to design changes, which has a major significance in the actual production. Second, the theory of constructing a prototype mapping study is not yet equipped with a prototype mapping method and the in-depth discussion. So this paper started a method of constructing a prototype mapping and efforts to promote the pant graphic technology. Third, as the increasing demands of personalized, flexible anomaly, and varieties of dress, small quantity, models, changeable are the characteristics of apparel products, which required the pattern have a high level. However the pattern making method of prototype meet the needs of production, and have a strong practical value.
