Research Of Pants Prototype Based On The Pregnant Woman's Lower Build

It is reported by the United Nations that the industry of pregnant women & baby's products is a sunrise industry in the 21st century, and the "money prospect" of maternity-dress industry is attractive in China. Maternity-dress customers are large and stable, so the market have unlimited potential and broad prospect. The people, born in 80s last century, is gradually becoming a fresh troop in the maternity-dress market. The "80 after"(people who was born in 80s last century), whose growth environment is superior, a more favorable population environment for the growth, pay attention to product's quality, environmental conservation, comfort and fitness.The body of pregnant woman is very complex, and the standard structure is very hard to grasp, so now it is still a great problem to design the structure of maternity-dress. The key to solve the problem is to grasp changes of pregnant woman's body, and to find suitable prototype which can change a little to fit more pregnant women. A large number of relevant literatures show that the research on pregnant women's prototype is very little in China, so it is necessary to further explore. This article is based on the study of this idea.To grasp the body character of pregnant women, this subject proceeds from the measurement data of human body, then analyzes the body from different angles with statistical analysis. Choosing the special shape from chest to abdomen,to buttocks as an entry point, with wide discussion on the factors of pants prototype closely related to the body, the body-to-prototype mathematical model is established, contacting the body's changeable factors with prototype's design, and then it verifies the prototype. The pants prototype of maternity-dress, in the Shanghai area, is ultimately established. In this paper, the main contents are as following:①Market survey. In order to prepare for accurately measurement, it studied the unreasonable factors of pregnant women's trousers, the body characters and behavioral habits of pregnant women.②Measure 55 pregnant women who have been pregnant for 7 to 9 months.18 parts are measured with each woman.③Using SPSS, EXCEL and other software, the measured data were analyzed, and the lower body characters of pregnant women were multi-angle analyzed. Finally, body types of pregnant women were classified.④Through analyzing the elements of prototype, and using geometric-model method, a suitable prototype of pregnant women's trousers was made out, and the mannequin was also revised. Finally, cloth samples were tried on.⑤Basing on the pants prototype of pregnant women, combine all the other elements from clothing material, color, pattern to design three pregnant women's wear, in order to verify the practicality of pants prototype.This paper combines the measurement and theoretical research together, establishes the mathematical model in the detailed part of the prototype so as to reach a proper and comprehensive pregnant women's pants prototype, is of innovation and importance to the practical use.
